New York Buzz Interviews Robin Thicke at Gibson Guitar Room
So last night, I was invited to a private VIP performance by gorgeous R&B crooner Robin Thicke at the Gibson Guitar Room in NYC .

Robin Thicke’s manager, the equally dashing Neil Jacobson, was gracious enough to grant my humble blog an exclusive interview with the Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter:
Termeh Mazhari: How often do you come to New York City?
Robin Thicke: Well, luckily now I come here every few weeks , so at least once a month.
Termeh Mazhari: So what is your favorite spot to hang out in New York City?
Robin Thicke: Well I have to shout out Butter and 1 Oak, my homies! Richie Akiva is my good friend.
Termeh Mazhari: Any particular romantic restaurants you go to with your wife?
Robin Thicke: We love to eat at Balthazar and Pastis – we love French onion soup and oysters and all that stuff , so that’s normally one of our first stops when we get here! And then we also …I probably shouldn’t say that place, I don’t think they want a lot of attention…there’s a place that I know doesn’t want any more customers!…That’s so New York too, I can’t even say it!
Termeh Mazhari: Any upcoming concerts in New York?
Robin Thicke: No, we’re off… I’m doing a tour with Jennifer Hudson in March/April so I think we’re going to wait until then to do a full show in New York…’cause I was on tour with Mary J Blige in the Fall. And we did Radio City for two nights which is amazing.
My colleague Alyson Campbell managed to film a magical moment from last night’s event – Eat your heart out ladies:
