NYC Designer Spotlight: In God We Trust
I always have my eyes peeled for hot new fashion and accessories brands in NYC but sometimes it’s nice to shine the spotlight on the brands you already know and love. I discovered NYC based brand In God We Trust as a cheeky jewelry line a few years ago and immediately fell for their naughty Sweet Nothing Necklaces but I recently found out that they also design and sell a full line of men’s & women’s apparel and accessories in addition to jewelry.
In God We Trust, by designer Shana Tabor, has actually been around since 2005 and is inspired by everyday life and the designers often dark sense of humor. The brand is known by its cult following for their retro/vintage aesthetic and is produced locally, right here in NYC (much of it in their Greenpoint studio). They have 3 brick and mortar locations in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Soho as well as an e-commerce function on their website.
